At “Jennifer Braiding Hair” beauty salon, our goal is to provide you with a seamless, professional, and luxurious salon experience with love.
To book an appointment, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Retainer Fees
1. Retainer Fee Requirement – All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee of $35 or 20% of the service cost (whichever is greater) to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.
2. First Paid, First Reserved – Time slots are secured only upon receipt of the retainer fee. If multiple clients request the same time, the appointment goes to the first payment received.
3. No Holds Without Payment – Appointments will not be held without a retainer fee.
4. Changes After Booking – Contact us for approval/refusal.

2. Before Your Appointment
• Hair Included – Hair is included with most styles except crochet styles, extension services, and a few others. Please call to confirm.
• Hair Preparation –
o Hair must be freshly washed, oil-free, and product-free.
o Hair must be completely blown out and detangled, unless you selected the detangling service during booking.
• Children’s Services – We serve them with love.
• VIP Members – Enjoy exclusive perks according to your membership package.
• Health & Safety – We do not service anyone who is sick or showing symptoms.
• Guests – No extra guests allowed, except one parent accompanying a child client.
• Right to Refuse Service – The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
1. Cancellations – Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling – Must be done at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your retainer fee to the new date. Otherwise, a new retainer fee will be required.
3. How to Reschedule – Call/Text us or Use the link in your confirmation email.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Late Grace Period – We offer a 15-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be canceled, and a 50% no-show fee will be charged.
• No-Call, No-Show Policy – Failure to show without notice will result in a 60% service fee and may limit your ability to book in the future.

5. Payments & Refunds
1. Balance Due – The Remaining balance is due in cash or via Zelle at the time of service.
2. No Refunds – All payments are final.
3. Price Changes – Prices may change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the original rate.

6. Salon Etiquette
1. No extra guests unless approved in advance.
2. Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service (or a pre-approved exception applies).
3. Service times vary—please allow the full time needed for your style.
4. Please do not rush or distract your stylist during your service.
5. Photos & Social Media – We may take photos/videos of your hair for promotion. Inform us beforehand if you prefer not to be featured.
6. Clients may not instruct or distract stylists on braiding methods during service.

7. Loyalty & Referral Program
1. Many discounts or specials can be applied per visit.
2. Earn 1 loyalty point per visit—redeemable for service discounts only (no cash or product redemptions).
3. Refer a friend with your unique code and earn rewards when they book and complete a service.
4. The salon reserves the right to withhold rewards if misuse is suspected.
